Description about the Job Role
Amplaz is a high quality software development services company in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Tagoora (www.tagoora.com) is a digital platform for “Lifestyle Oriented Experiences (LOE)” developed by Amplaz. This platform we brings LOE buyers and LOE suppliers together with a user centric cutting edge digital product suite.
Being at the go to market stage, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive the LOE supplier growth in the platform. Ideal candidate is expected to understand the market properly and work collaboratively to achieve the platform’s LOE supplier growth targets.
- Achieve the LOE supplier growth targets in the Tagoora platform.
- Come up with a the LOE supplier growth plan for the platform in collaboration with the company leadership.
- Lead generation for the potential LOE suppliers for the platform.
- Coordinating with LOE suppliers and managing their onboarding process.
- Conducting training and support for LOE suppliers when getting them onboard to the platform.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in the supplier onboarding processes.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to identify the areas for improvement.
- Coming up with innovative ideas to “growth hacking” of the platform.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or operations role in a fast-growing online company.
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage (Related degree, CIM/SLIM, Business Management)
- Very strong communication skills.
- Excellent people skills and feel comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.
- A knack for problem-solving and always come up with innovative and creative solutions.
